Passive splitters and long coax runs both cost signal, so place boosters like the EW-D AB inline where cable runs get long, and always match the antenna’s band to the system, since a UHF paddle does nothing for a 1.8 GHz rig. Front-mount kits such as the AM2 bring antennas to the rack face for clean touring builds, and wall or ceiling antennas like the UA864 keep installed systems out of sight.
