About Mounting Hardware

Manufacturer-specific brackets, flange kits and flying studs for mounting loudspeakers, led by NEXO hardware engineered for its own cabinets. The PNU-VBRK12 is the vertical cradle for the P12 point source cabinet, a 3.7kg yoke that NEXO specifies for use with its own supplied fasteners only. The VNI-WS10 is the fixed wall hanging bracket for the PS10 R2, a 1.35kg part for permanent installs. The GMT-FLG set is different in kind: GEO M6 line array cabinets leave the factory with 80 degree horizontal dispersion, and these screw-on flanges widen the M620’s coverage to 120 degrees for wide rooms, so the part changes what the box does as well as where it hangs. Penn Elcom’s R1434/01 single point flying studs, supplied in pairs, are all-metal fixings for flying and transporting PA cabinets, designed to work with the matching Penn Elcom anchor plate and flying track.

Speaker mounting hardware is not interchangeable: a bracket is engineered for one cabinet’s insert points, weight and centre of gravity, which is why NEXO publishes dedicated parts per model rather than one universal yoke. Start from the cabinet, confirm the bracket suits the orientation you need, and check the fixing substrate can take the load, since the wall or ceiling is usually the weak point rather than the steel. Flying studs must match the thread and rating of the cabinet insert, and for anything overhead, treat the job as rigging, with the inspection habits that implies. We can confirm the right NEXO part number for a given speaker and mounting angle.
