Clean and Detailed Sound
The MixWizard4 preamp delivers extremely low noise, minimal distortion, wide yet smooth gain law and plenty of headroom. Developed by leading analogue designer Mike Griffin, it is adapted from the design used on Allen & Heath's legendary large-format analogue consoles.

Comprehensive Aux System
All MixWizard4 models offer 6 auxes, each with its own master level control and impedance-balanced TRS outputs. Auxes 1–2 are pre-fade for monitors; auxes 3–4 are switchable pre/post-fade for monitors or FX; auxes 5–6 are post-fader for FX sends.
A clever monitoring system lets you listen to aux outputs in mono or stereo pairs.
Monitor Mode
Monitor
Aux mixes are routed to the group and LR faders, inserts and XLR outputs. The AFL/PFL system switches to the mono output to provide an engineer's wedge output — a complete monitor console in one unit.
Dual Mode
FoH + Monitors
Some auxes run monitor mixes and some sub-grouping alongside the main LR outputs — letting a single engineer run both FoH sound and monitor mixes from the same console.
QCC
Quick Change Connectors
Allen & Heath's unique QCC system lets you swiftly change the position of the connector panel to suit desktop, rack or flightcase mounting. The hard plastic side trims can also be removed to reveal integral rack ears.
