About Laser Interfaces And Software

Control hardware and software that turns a show laser into a programmed instrument. The Pangolin FB3 QuickShow set remains the established starting point: a palm-sized, bus-powered USB interface feeding the projector’s ILDA input, bundled with QuickShow software. The FB4 MAX² moves the same ecosystem outdoors, an external Pangolin FB4 in a rainproof aluminium housing with built-in PSU, M10 clamp thread, OLED display, SD card playback and network, DMX, Art-Net and ILDA control at scan rates up to 120 kpps.

Laserworld’s ShowNET interface works over standard LAN, adding stand-alone playback of ILDA files from microSD, DMX and Art-Net modes and ILDA streaming across the network, while the Showcontroller licence covers timeline shows synchronised to music, live triggering from MIDI or DMX, and tools for tracing graphics into laser frames. Check whether your projector accepts ILDA, network or both before choosing.
