    About this Product

    The ChamSys GeNetix GN5 is a 5-port Ethernet-to-DMX node supporting Art-Net and sACN, suited to medium-scale permanent installations and touring rigs. Five individually configurable DMX ports with RDM and PoE power in a compact enclosure.

    All GeNetix GN nodes support both Art-Net and sACN (E1.31) protocols and are fully RDM-compliant. Configuration is via the built-in web server or directly from ChamSys MagicQ consoles via network discovery — no separate node management software required.

    Generally if you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of purchase - as long as the product is unopened and unused. 

    If an item is faulty or damaged we will arrange collection free of charge and repair/replace it as quickly as possible.

    Yes. You can collect from our Production Space in Wembley, London. Please note that only a small range of our products are stored here, items showing as in stock may need to be transferred from our warehouse. If the item is in stock it will usually be ready to collect the same or next working day.
