About Sennheiser

Radio microphone systems and the infrastructure around them define the Sennheiser range. The digital EW-D and EW-DX platforms lead, as complete sets and as individual components, alongside G4 and XSW bodypack transmitters including GB variants on channel 38 at 606 to 648 MHz, handhelds supplied with or without capsules, and MMD dynamic capsule heads.

Infrastructure gets equal weight: wideband directional antennas, power supplies for antenna splitters and multi-receiver racks, L70 USB charging stations and BA 70 battery packs. That depth matters if you run mixed racks, because G4 and XSW channels can be kept serviceable with spares and accessories while digital channels are added alongside. Wired options include the MKE Essential omni lavalier and HSP headworn microphones with 3.5mm and LEMO terminations, plus gooseneck and conference models, condensers and dynamics.

Sennheiser remains one of the few major pro-audio manufacturers still family-owned, and the Evolution Wireless line it built its name on continues directly into today’s EW-D and EW-DX. Frequency-planning advice and trade account terms are available for venues and hire companies scaling up channel counts.
