    About this Product

    The Cloud DCM1e adds Ethernet and web control to the DCM1 digital 8-zone mixer. Remote zone level adjustment, source routing, and monitoring via a browser interface are available as standard, without the need for separate control hardware. Suited to managed commercial AV installations.

    The DCM1 and DCM1e are standalone digital mixers with no onboard amplification — they output line-level signals to separate amplifiers. This architecture suits larger systems where signal distribution and mixing need to be centralised separately from amplification.

    Generally if you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of purchase - as long as the product is unopened and unused. 

    If an item is faulty or damaged we will arrange collection free of charge and repair/replace it as quickly as possible.

    Yes. You can collect from our Production Space in Wembley, London. Please note that only a small range of our products are stored here, items showing as in stock may need to be transferred from our warehouse. If the item is in stock it will usually be ready to collect the same or next working day.
