    About this Product

    The Audio-Technica BP3600 is an eight-channel immersive audio microphone designed for capturing three-dimensional sound beds at sporting events, concerts, festivals and film sets. Its near-coincident array of eight hypercardioid capsules arranged in a cube formation produces discrete, well-separated signals that integrate directly into immersive audio codecs such as MPEG-H 3D Audio without further processing.

    • Captured audio image can be integrated easily as an audio channel bed into immersive audio codecs like MPEG-H 3D Audio without further processing
    • 8 microphone assemblies attach and detach quickly from the main unit for easy setup and teardown
    • 12 mm hypercardioid capsules keep the microphone small for discreet placement, while providing low diffuse-field correlation between signals
    • Colour-coded and numbered rings provide easy channel reference for each of the eight microphones
    • Water protection caps guard TA3F microphone connectors against inclement weather
    • A safety ring provides additional security when suspending the microphone above spectators in grandstands, stadiums or auditoriums
    • 16-pin LEMO output connector is situated at the end of the microphone’s grip for easy attachment of the included breakout cable or extension cables (available separately)
    • Includes AT8172 windscreen (x 8), mic isolation stand clamp, 5/8"-27 to 3/8"-16 threaded adapter, soft carrying case

    Generally if you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of purchase - as long as the product is unopened and unused. 

    If an item is faulty or damaged we will arrange collection free of charge and repair/replace it as quickly as possible.

    Yes. You can collect from our Production Space in Wembley, London. Please note that only a small range of our products are stored here, items showing as in stock may need to be transferred from our warehouse.
