    About this Product

    The ChamSys GeNetix GW2I is a PoE-powered wall-mount DMX node with 2 DMX input ports, designed for UK back-box installation. It receives DMX from downstream fixtures or splitters and feeds them back onto the network as Art-Net or sACN — useful for feedback, monitoring, or RDM polling from a fixed wall location.

    All GeNetix GN nodes support both Art-Net and sACN (E1.31) protocols and are fully RDM-compliant. Configuration is via the built-in web server or directly from ChamSys MagicQ consoles via network discovery — no separate node management software required.

    Generally if you change your mind you can return your item for a full refund within 14 days of purchase - as long as the product is unopened and unused. 

    If an item is faulty or damaged we will arrange collection free of charge and repair/replace it as quickly as possible.

    Yes. You can collect from our Production Space in Wembley, London. Please note that only a small range of our products are stored here, items showing as in stock may need to be transferred from our warehouse. If the item is in stock it will usually be ready to collect the same or next working day.

    Yes. Through Moventra we can install across the UK.
